  • 2 bay leaves
  • 2 cm galangal, crushed
  • 2 lime leaves, bone removed
  • 1/4 teaspoon chicken stock powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper powder
  • 2 teaspoons of sugar
  • 200 ml water
  • 1 tablespoon oil for frying
