  • 350 grams of wheat flour
  • 100 grams of butter

  1. Prepare a mixer then mix the butter and palm sugar until well blended. Once mixed enough, slowly add the palm sugar syrup and let the mixer keep running. Add the eggs, all the spices, and salt until a fluffy dough forms with a slightly pale color.

  2. Sift flour, milk powder, and baking soda into a bowl and then add it to the butter mixture. Mix slowly until smooth.

  3. Pour the batter on a large plastic sheet but you can also divide it in half if the batter is too much. You can also use plastic wrap.

  4. Keep the dough in the freezer for 1 to 3 hours because cold dough can be easier to flatten and mold. Once the dough has cooled, remove it from the freezer and open the plastic.

  5. Dust your work mat, roller and hands with flour to make the baking process easier. Flatten the dough using a roller until the dough becomes 0.5 cm thick then print the dough with a cake mold according to taste.

  6. Preheat the oven and bake the dough at 160 degrees Celsius for 25 minutes,
