Materials

  • 300 grams of wheat flour
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 180 ml ice water
  • 150 grams korsvet
  • 4 plantains _
  • 150 grams cheddar cheese
  • 50 grams of grated cheddar kecu
  • enough melted margarine , to spread

  1. Prepare a large container or bowl, add flour, salt, sugar, and ice water. Mix all ingredients by hand until a smooth dough is formed. Place the dough in the refrigerator for about 15 minutes.

  2. After 15 minutes, remove the dough. Sprinkle flour over the area for making the balls and then flatten the dough using a roller.

  3. Place the corvette on top of the dough and then cover the corvette with the dough. Fold the dough from four sides until the corvette is completely covered.

  4. Roll back the dough containing corsvette using a roller. Fold the dough from the right and left sides so that the dough has three layers.

  5. Flatten the dough sufficiently using a roller and then fold it again with the same layer. Put the dough back in the refrigerator for 15 minutes.

  6. After it cools down, briefly roll the dough using a roller and then cut it into a rectangular shape to make 8 to 10 pieces

  7. Prepare the stuffing ballen. Cut bananas about 3 cm long and cheese with matchsticks or according to taste.

  8. Place the sliced ​​banana and cheese on top of the dough and cover the filling tightly.

  9. After all the dough is done, put it on a non-stick pan. Grease the top with melted margarine and then sprinkle with grated cheese.

  10. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius and bake the dough for about 35 minutes.

  11. Separate each piece of bolen one by one and serve.
