  • 1 cm galangal, bruised
  • 500 ml oil for frying

  • 4 cm kencur
  • 1 teaspoon ebi brewed, roasted, puree
  • 1 cm turmeric, roasted
  • 1/2 tablespoon n salt
  • 2 hazelnuts , roasted
