Materials

Main Ingredients Needed:

  • 150 grams of milk-flavored biscuits
  • 150 ml whipping cream
  • 150 grams dark cooking chocolate
  • 50 grams of melted butter
  • 2 tablespoons butter

Materials To Make Decorations:

  • 50 grams of melted dark cooking chocolate

  1. Prepare a food processor, crush the milk biscuits until smooth. Take about two teaspoons of biscuit crumbs that will later be used as a garnish.

  2. Pour the melted butter into the crushed milk biscuits and mix well.

  3. Prepare a mini pie pan and add the milk biscuit mixture with butter to a thickness of about half an inch. Use the back of a spoon to compact the biscuit mixture.

  4. Put the biscuit mixture in the mold earlier in the refrigerator until it feels hard and then remove it from the mold, set aside.

  5. Prepare equipment for team processes. Combine dark cooking chocolate and whipping cream while steaming over low heat until evenly mixed. 

  6. Once evenly mixed, add two teaspoons of butter. Remove the chocolate mixture and allow it to cool.

  7. Once cool, pour the chocolate mixture over the pie. Garnish with melted dark cooking chocolate then sprinkle biscuit crumbs on top, serve.
