  • 3 lime leaves
  • 2 lemongrass stalks

  • 50 grams of young melinjo leaves
  • 750 ml medium coconut milk

  • 5 pieces of red chili
  • 7 pieces of curly red chili
  • 3 cloves of garlic 
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 2 cm turmeric
  • 1 teaspoon pepper granules
  • 5 red onions
  • 1 cm ginger
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 teaspoon fried shrimp paste

How to Make Young Jackfruit Vegetables with Red Seasoning

  1. First of all, the step that must be done is to roughly chop the young jackfruit that you have provided. If so, wash thoroughly under running water.

  2. Next, wash the beef. Then cut into sizes according to taste.

  3. After that, please crush the lemongrass. Then cut the tomatoes into two halves.

  4. Puree all the spices as mentioned above.

  5. Boil enough water in a saucepan. Then enter the pieces of young jackfruit and boil until soft and cooked. If so, set it aside.

  6. After that, please boil the water again along with the tetelan meat. Boil the meat until tender and the remaining broth is about 250 ml.
