  • 100 grams of prawns
  • 3 cloves of red onion
  • 5 pieces of red chili
  • 3 cloves of garlic

  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • teaspoon pepper _
  • enough cooking oil
  • 50 ml water

How to make a special restaurant-style stir-fried kale

  1. First of all, please thinly slice the onion and garlic that you have provided. Then also cut the red chili with the size and shape according to taste.

  2. After that, please peel the shrimp and wash thoroughly under running water. If so, you can drain it first.

  3. Then please take the kale. Then you can wash it again until clean.

  4. Take a frying pan that will be used to make stir-fried kale. Put cooking oil in it and heat it.

  5. Once the cooking oil is hot, add the garlic, shallots, prawns and red chilies. Stir well and saute all ingredients until fragrant and cooked.
