Materials

Ingredients for making pie crust:

  • 200 grams of medium protein flour
  • 1 tablespoon powdered sugar
  • 100 grams of butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Ingredients for the pie filling:

  • 450 ml sweet thick
  • 8 egg yolks
  • 250 ml water
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract

How to make pie crust:

  1. Take a medium sized bowl, add butter, powdered sugar and vanilla extract and beat with a mixer on low speed until smooth. Add the flour and mix again until a dough with a smooth texture is formed.

  2. Pour the batter into the Teflon and press it by hand until the entire surface of the Teflon is covered with the batter evenly. Make a wall on the edge of Teflon with a height of about 2 cm

  3. Prick the surface of the dough with a fork and make a textured streak on the wall, set aside.

How to make pie filling:

  1. In a bowl, mix all the ingredients to make the pie using a whisk.

  2. Strain the pie filling mixture while pouring it over the pie crust mixture. Make sure the surface of the pie filling is level with the rim of the pie crust.

  3. Cover the Teflon and bake the pie dough over low heat until cooked for about an hour.

To enrich the taste, you can also add matcha or chocolate flavor to the pie filling. In addition, adding fresh fruit on the surface of the pie to add nutrition and enhance its appearance.
