  • 2 cloves of garlic, coarsely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons of sweet soy sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon oyster sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar
  • 5 pieces of gendot chili, cut into 1 cm
  • 100 ml water
  • 1 tablespoon oil for frying
