  • 750 ml coconut milk from 1 coconut
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper powder
  • 1 tablespoon sweet soy sauce
  • 1 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon of goat curry powder
  • 2 tablespoons oil for frying

  1. To make this dish, the way you can do it is to listen to the preparation steps this time.   3. Then after that, pour the fried tempe pieces into it along with the boiled chicken gizzard evenly. Then stir evenly this material. 

  4. After that, just enter the pieces of cabbage along with the tomatoes that you prepared earlier. Stir and cook this dish until wilted and evenly distributed.

  5. Just pour the coconut milk into it and add the powdered goat curry. Then season with sweet soy sauce, then salt, pepper powder and sugar. After that, then stir all this dish evenly until it is mixed.

  6. Cook briefly so that the spices seep into the tempeh and gizzard evenly. After that, just turn off the stove.
