  • Cayenne pepper to taste

How to Prepare Ingredients

  1. First of all, please take the scallions that have been provided. Then wash thoroughly and cut into pieces.

  2. Next, please cut the lontong to the size you like.

  3. Then cut into pieces also fried tofu.

  4. Please soak the ebi that you have provided for a while.

  5. After that, grind the ground spices as mentioned above.

How to Make Racing Noodle Lontong

  1. Take a frying pan and pour cooking oil in it. Heat.

  2. Add the ground spices. Stir well and saute ground spices until fragrant.

  3. Add a few scallions. Stir well and saute again until fragrant. Remove and set aside.

  4. Please boil water in a pot for gravy. Boil water until boiling.

  5. If it's like that, add the spices that have been sauteed. Stir well until fragrant and the gravy boils.

  6. Add chopped scallions and bean sprouts. Stir evenly until the bean sprouts wilt. If it's like that, please lift it.

  7. Ulek seasoning as mentioned above, please grind it. Then pour into a plate or serving bowl.

  8. On a serving plate, please arrange the filling ingredients such as pieces of rice cake, bean sprouts, yellow noodles and fried tofu.

  9. On it please flush using hot sauce. Then sprinkle with fried shallots. Also serve with additional crackers to make it more delicious.
