How to Make Japanese Fried Rice

  1. How to make Japanese fried rice or Yakimeshi is actually not difficult. The way to make it is almost the same as how to make ordinary fried rice. Where the first step you have to do is prepare a frying pan or other tool that will be used to fry the rice. Then pour enough vegetable oil or margarine into the pan. Keep it on the stove over medium heat. Let the oil or margarine melt and heat.
  2. If the oil or margarine is hot, you can immediately add the eggs that you previously beat. Beat the eggs until they form small lumps. If the eggs are cooked, you can immediately lift and transfer them to another container.
  3. After that, reheat a little vegetable oil or margarine. When it's hot, add spices such as onions and garlic to it. Stir well and stir fry until fragrant and wilted.
