Yukgaejang Ingredients and Seasonings

  • 300 grams of beef brisket
  • 7 cups beef gravy
  • 100 grams of ferns
  • 150 grams of sprouts
  • 1 red and green chili
  • 100g oyster mushroom
  • 50 grams of onions
  • 2 spring onions

Seasoning For Vegetables

  • 30 grams of garlic
  • 1 tablespoon red chili powder

How to make Yukgaejang Korean-style dishes

  1. The first step is to clean the beef that you have prepared. Then boil the beef in boiling water for 40 minutes.
  2. Strain the beef gravy. Then thinly slice the cooked meat.
  3. Mix all the sauce ingredients as specified above.
  4. Shredded oyster mushrooms that you have prepared.
