Materials:

  • 300 grams of tempeh
  • 50 grams of anchovies
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 500 ml oil for frying
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper powder
  • 1 teaspoon coriander powder
  • 200 ml water

  • 6 red onions, fried
  • 1 tomato , fried
  • 1 teaspoon shrimp paste, fried
  • 4 cloves of garlic, fried
  • 6 pieces of cayenne pepper, fried
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon sugar
  • 5 curly red chilies, fried

  2. The first ingredient we will prepare first is the tempeh. Before cooking and seasoning this dish, we need to cut it first using a knife. The trick, prepare a knife and cut the tempeh with a thinner size.
