  • 100 gr palm sugar, grated
  • 20 skewers

  • Vinegar 1 tbsp
  • 5 small green chilies, chopped

How to Make Maranggi Meat Satay:

  1. The first thing you can do to start the steps in this recipe is to first chop the beef that has been prepared in small dice. Avoid cutting the meat too large and too thick so that the meat that will be grilled can be more easily cooked evenly.
