  • 500 gr beef brisket
  • 2 liters of water
  • 50 g tempeh semangit (cut into pieces)

  • 10 pieces of kaffir lime leaves
  • 3 bay leaves
  • 2 spring onions, cut into 3 cm
  • 2 cm galangal, bruised
  • 3 tbsp oil for frying
  • 2 cm ginger, crushed
  • 4 cloves of garlic, thinly sliced, dry fried
  • 200 gr bean sprouts brewed and drained

Softened seasoning:

  • 2 tsp coriander granules
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 1 1/2 tsp salt
  • 8 red onions
  • 1/2 tsp pepper powder

How to Make Delicious Solo Beef Soto, Delicious but Simple

  1. The first step is to boil the meat in a saucepan until it is really tender. Remove, then cut the meat into small cubes and put it back in the broth.
  2. Heat oil in a frying pan and add ground spices, lime leaves, bay leaf, ginger, galangal and lemon grass then stir-fry until fragrant. Remove and then enter the stir-fry seasoning in the meat broth.
  3. Add the tempeh and spring onions then bring to a boil. When finished, add the fried garlic, bring to a boil again and cook until the spices are absorbed. Remove and set aside.
