  • 1 teaspoon pepper powder
  • 4 cloves of garlic

  • 1 segment of galangal
  • 5 tbsp sweet soy sauce
  • Sugar to taste
  • 3 lime leaves
  • 1 lemongrass stalk
  • 1 cm cinnamon
  • Salt to taste
  • Powdered broth to taste
  • 700 ml mineral water

How to Prepare the Materials Needed

  1. First, please wash the meat that you have prepared. If so, drain it first. Then please thinly slice the meat cutting the fibers. Set aside.

  2. The next step, please peel the eggs.

  3. Then puree the spices as above using a blender.

How to Make Layers of Meat

  1. In the container, please enter the meat that you have washed along with the spices that have been mashed. Mix until evenly distributed.

  4. Next, add the galangal, lemongrass, cinnamon, lime leaves and water. Stir evenly.

  5. Also add soy sauce and eggs. Stir again until smooth. For soy sauce you can adjust it to taste.

  6. Cook the meat over low heat until it is tender and the spices are completely absorbed.

  7. If the meat is still not tender, you can add water.

  8. Add salt, sugar and powdered broth. Stir until evenly mixed. You can correct the taste. If it fits, please turn off the fire.
