Ingredients and Seasonings for Making Homemade Korean Samsaek Namul

Spiced Spinach

  • 400 grams of spinach
  • 1 teaspoon Korean soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon finely chopped garlic
  • 1 teaspoon sesame seeds

Spiced Radish

  • 500 grams of radish
  • 1/4 red chili
  • 1/2 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • 1/2 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon chopped chives
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped garlic
  • 1/2 tablespoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ginger juice
  • 3 tablespoons of water

How to Make Samsaek Namul Typical Korean at Home
