  1. The first step is to peel the shrimp, leaving only the tail, then split the back of the shrimp, bruised, set aside

  3. Then cut the squid into finger size, coat with lime juice, set aside
  4. Then mix the flour, cold water, beaten eggs, add salt and instant broth to make a smooth dough
  5. Dip shrimp, snapper, squid, sweet potato and eggplant until alternating
  6. Fry in hot oil until it turns golden brown, remove and serve
  7. Then to make the sauce. mix the fish stock, kikkoman soy sauce, salt and sugar
