  • 4 cloves garlic

  • 100 ml water

How to Process Meat Before Cooking:

  2. After the meat is cut into pieces, then put the meat into a basin or medium-sized container and wash the meat using clean water until it is completely clean.

How to Make Beef Fried Sate:

  1. First, please puree the coriander, candlenut, lime leaves and garlic until smooth using a pestle and mortar.
  2. Next, mix the tamarind, brown sugar and water into the mashed spices and add the sweet soy sauce into it
