  • 1 sheet of gelatin
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder for sprinkling
  • 75 grams fine granulated sugar

How to Make Classic Tiramisu

  1. First of all, please soak the gelatin you have provided. Then squeeze and team until soft.

  2. After that, beat the heavy cream until fluffy.

  3. Then add the dyeing ingredients as mentioned above. Then stir evenly.

  4. Next, dip the sponge finger into the dye. Then please arrange on a heat-resistant dish.

  5. The next step is to make the cream. The trick is to beat the egg yolks that you have provided over a pan that has been filled with hot water until thickened.

  6. Then little by little add the powdered sugar while beating until thick.

  7. Add gelatin to it. Stir until dissolved. Set aside first.

  8. Then please shake the mascarpone cheese as long as it's soft. Whisk the egg yolks little by little while beating on low speed until evenly distributed.

  9. Add the heavy cream little by little while continuing to stir slowly.

  10. Pour the batter over the sponge finger. Sponge finger that has been dipped in dye, please arrange again. You can cover it with the remaining cream. If so, please chill.
