  • 400 grams of tempeh
  • 12 skewers _
  • 400 ml coconut milk from 1/2 coconut
  • 125 grams of peanuts
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 4 tablespoons oil for frying

  • 8 red onions
  • 1/2 tablespoon coriander
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 1 teaspoon brown sugar
  • 2 large red chilies
  • 1/2 tablespoon salt
  • 3 pieces of curly red chili

  1. To make this dish, the way you can do it is to listen to the preparation steps. This is because the preparation step contains several ways to process the ingredients in the recipe. Thus, when you listen to this preparatory step, it will be easier for you to make a tempeh satay dish this time.

How to Make Delicious and Steady Rengkayo Spiced Tempe Sate:

  1. To make this dish, you will be able to do it by heating a skillet on the stove over medium heat. Then add a little cooking oil to fry it. 

  2.  After it is hot, then add the ground spices and stir-fry this dish along with the salam. Then stir this dish until it wilts and smells delicious and delicious.
