  • 300 ml of fresh coconut milk
  • 150 grams of sugar

  • 1 pandan leaf , cut into small pieces
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

  1. Prepare a container or bowl, mix all the ingredients to make cake sprinkles, namely grated coconut, pandan leaves, and salt until evenly distributed.

How to make a sentiling cake:

  1. Peel the cassava and then clean it until it is completely clean and then drain.

  2. Grate cassava that has been cleaned and drained until smooth then squeeze and set aside

  4. Pour the grated cassava into the coconut milk mixture and stir until evenly distributed.

  6. Prepare a rectangular tin measuring 20 x 20 cm and grease it with oil.

  7. Pour one part of the dough and then steam until cooked, after one part of the dough is cooked, pour the other part of the dough with a different color, continue until the third dough and your sentiling cake consists of three layers of different colors.

  8. After all parts of the dough is cooked, cut into pieces with a thickness of about one cm or according to taste.

  9. Sprinkle the sentiling cake with steamed grated coconut and serve.
