Cheesecake is indeed one of the cake choices that is always excellent for its deliciousness. In this recipe we will make cheesecake with Oreo mixture which is very easy to make at home. Of course, you can serve Oreo cheesecake as a snack which will certainly be very popular with children.

Ingredients for making cheesecake base:

  • 250 grams Oreos
  • 60 grams of unsalted butter or melted unsalted butter

Ingredients for making cheesecake:

  • 250 ml heavy cream chill
  • 350 grams of cream cheese at room temperature
  • 120 grams of powdered sugar
  • 100 grams of white chocolate
  • 4 tablespoons crushed Oreos (taken from the base)

  • 200 grams of white chocolate
  • 120 grams heavy cream
  • 5 Oreos cut in half

How to make a cheesecake base:

  1. Prepare a food processor, crush 250 grams of Oreos together with the filling until completely smooth. You can also puree Oreos by putting them in a plastic bag and crushing them until smooth.

  2. Put the Oreos that have been mashed into a container then take 4 tablespoons apart in a separate container.

  3. Pour in the melted unsalted butter and stir until evenly distributed.

  4. Divide oreo mixture with butter evenly into 10 cupcake papers. Don't forget to press down the oreo mixture with a spoon until it is completely solid.

How to make the main part of the cheesecake:

  1. Prepare a container, add heavy cream and beat using a mixer until stiff.

  2. In a separate bowl, combine cream cheese, melted white chocolate and powdered sugar and mix using a mixer until evenly distributed with a soft texture.

  3. Pour the cream cheese mixture into a container containing the heavy cream mixture and stir with a spatula until evenly mixed.

  4. Enter 4 tablespoons of fine Oreos that you have set aside earlier, mix well.

  5. Take a scoop or about two tablespoons of cheesecake batter and place it on top of the base material in the cupcake paper. Flatten the dough until it is parallel to the height of the cupcake mold. Repeat this step until all the cheesecake batter is used up.

  6. Freeze the dough in the freezer for about an hour.

How to make cheesecake topping:

  1. Prepare equipment to create a team.

  2. In a heatproof bowl, add the white chocolate and heavy cream and melt until all the ingredients are dissolved. You can also perform this step by using the microwave and heating the mixture for about 90 seconds.

  3. After all the ingredients are melted, stir with a spoon then let it cool to room temperature.

  4. Remove the cheesecake that has completely frozen then pour the topping over the cheesecake, divide evenly.

  5. Place the halved oreos on top of each cupcake.

  6. Put the cheesecake back in the refrigerator until the topping hardens, serve.
