  • 400 ml thin coconut milk

  • 1 tbsp sweet soy sauce
  • 200 ml thick coconut milk

Seasoning For Goat Meat:

  • 8 red onions
  • 5 cm galangal
  • 6 pecans
  • 1 piece deaf/lawang flower
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp coriander, roasted
  • 3 cm ginger
  • 3 cm turmeric

  • 2 bay leaves
  • 3 cloves
  • 5 cm cinnamon
  • 3 lime leaves
  • 3 lemongrass stalks (bruised)

How to make delicious and delicious mutton fried satay without a skewer

How to Make Goat Curry:

  1. The first step before we cook the fried satay dish, we will first make the goat curry. But of course, make sure that all the ingredients for making this goat curry have been cleaned first. Especially the ingredients of offal and goat ribs. First, cut the offal and goat ribs according to the desired size.
  2. After being cut into pieces, then wash thoroughly using running water until the offal and goat ribs are evenly distributed as a whole. Set aside temporarily.
  3. We prepare a frying pan, give a little oil and wait for the oil to get hotter then stir-fry the ground spices until it smells delicious. Add meat, ribs along with offal. Stir well until it changes color.
  4. Enter the bay leaf, cinnamon, cloves, lemongrass and lime leaves into the stir fry, mix well.
  5. Add sweet soy sauce along with pepper and salt to taste. Stir until all the spices are added evenly.
  6. Add the thin coconut milk and cook until the meat becomes more evenly tender and stir occasionally.
  7. Enter the thick dantan, bring to a boil over low heat and set aside temporarily.

  1. In a frying pan, please stir-fry the onion and garlic evenly until you can smell the delicious aroma.
