  • 75 ml milk

How to Make Dough:

  1. For the first one, we will make a dough from the first ingredient, namely brewing glutinous rice flour using boiling water. Then stir this material until it thickens and the texture of the glutinous rice flour becomes more elastic. Well, if the texture is like this, then please set it aside for a while.
  2. Then next, please mix the flour along with other ingredients such as instant yeast and powdered milk. Stir these ingredients evenly and put in a separate container. Then enter the egg mixture along with the evaporated milk or condensed milk that does not taste sweet in the package. After that, please knead this material evenly by hand or by using a mixer.
  3. When finished, please add ice water little by little evenly, then knead the ingredients again until smooth evenly. Add unsalted butter and salt. Stir the ingredients evenly until 3/4 become elastic in texture.
  4. Next, please enter the first ingredient mixture or the sticky glutinous flour mixture that has thickened. Then knead these ingredients until they become completely elastic. Then let stand for about 15 minutes.
  5. Then after that, please deflate the dough by using your hands evenly until this material is evenly deflated.
  6. Roll out the dough using a rolling pin or wood grinder. Then cut the dough round with the diameter you want. Place the dough on a baking sheet that has been sprinkled with flour evenly. After that, let stand for about 45 minutes so that this material becomes more evenly expanded.
  7. Take a frying pan and fry the dough in preheated solid oil. Fry the dough until cooked and evenly browned. Remove this dish and set aside temporarily.
