  • 1000 ml coconut milk from 1/2 coconut
  • 1 teaspoon brown sugar, combed
  • 1 bunch of cassava leaves
  • 4 cloves _

  • 2 tablespoons oil for frying
  • 2 tablespoons fried onions for garnish

  • 2 cm turmeric, burnt
  • 4 cloves of garlic
  • 2 cm ginger
  • 8 red onions
  • 2 hazelnuts , roasted
