Fish Ingredients and Seasonings:
- 300 grams of jambal fish
- 200 grams of brown tofu
- 2 bay leaves
- 2 cm galangal, crushed
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon lime
- 150 ml water
- 3 lime leaves, bone removed
- 2 tablespoons oil, for frying

Tips for Preparing Ingredients Before Cooking:
- First, we will clean and prepare the Jambal Roti fish that you have got. We first wash the jambal fish using running water and make sure that you clean the dirt on the fish evenly.
- Next, cut the large jambal fish into small squares according to the size you want.
- Then, first soak the jambal salted fish in a bowl using clean water. This is used to remove excess salt in the fish. Leave it for about 10 minutes.
- After 10 minutes, fry the jambal fish in a frying pan with cooking oil and fry the fish until it is evenly cooked. Remove the fish and set aside temporarily.
