  • 300 grams of fresh ramen or chukamen
  • 2 tablespoons of cooking oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, chopped
  • 200 grams minced meat
  • 1000 ml water
  • 2 teaspoons instant powdered fish stock or dashi
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 2 teaspoons soy sauce or Japanese soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons miso
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 75 grams of bean sprouts
  • 100 grams of cabbage, finely chopped
  • 50 grams of carrots, cut into matchsticks
  • 2 stalks chives, sliced

How to Make Noodles

  1. Boil water in a saucepan until it boils.
  2. Take the ramen that you have prepared then pour the hot water from the stew on top until your noodles are slightly decomposed.
  3. Once cooked then remove and drain.

How to Process Seasonings and Gravy

  1. Prepare a frying pan / pan then heat the oil on it using medium heat.
  2. take the garlic and ginger then saute until it smells fragrant.
  3. Enter the minced meat that has been previously prepared, then stir until the meat changes color and is cooked.
  4. Pour water into the pan, add some spices including sugar, fish stock and Japanese soy sauce, then stir and cook until it boils.
  5. After boiling then reduce the heat, add the miso to it and stir until the miso dissolves.
