  • 1/2 red bell pepper, diced
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons oil, for frying
  • 1 block of chicken stock
  • 2 spring onions, cut into 2 cm
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch, dissolved
