Preparation for Making Crispy and Crispy Vegetable Tempe Bakwan:

  1. To make a dish of bakwan tempe, the steps you need to do is to prepare the ingredients in the recipe. This method will help you to present and mix the dish this time. What are the preparation steps like? Let's see below.

  2. The first ingredient we will prepare is the tempeh. First, please prepare a placemat along with a knife. Then cut the tempeh evenly in the size of 1/2x1/2 cm. When finished cutting put it in a container.

  3. Prepare a frying pan, then put cooking oil in it and turn on medium heat. Then heat the oil evenly. Enter the tempeh into it and fry this dish until cooked and evenly distributed.

  4. Remove using a rake and set aside temporarily. For carrots, you can slice this material lengthwise like matches. Put in a container and clean thoroughly with clean water.

  5. Then for the rebon, prepare a bowl then put the rebon into it and brew it using warm water. The brewing method is done to reduce the salt content in the bamboo shoots so that the taste is not too obvious.

How to Make Crispy and Crispy Vegetable Tempe Bakwan:

  1. To make this dish, you will be able to do it by putting the tempeh into a basin or medium-sized container. Then pour the rebon into it along with the carrots and scallions. Then stir evenly all these servings until combined.

  2. Add the basil along with the flour. Then add sago flour into it. Then stir all of these dishes evenly until combined.

  3. Season the dough using salt and sugar and ground spices. Then stir all these dishes evenly until mixed and evenly distributed.

  4.  Then add the eggs along with the water and stir again all of these servings until combined and there are no lumps of dough that still clump together with the other ingredients.

  5. Heat a frying pan and add enough cooking oil to it. Then heat over medium heat and evenly. Spoon the dough into the hot oil and fry until cooked.

  6. Don't forget to turn it upside down so that the tempeh this time cooks evenly. Once cooked, remove using a spoon and set aside first so that the oil drains.
