  • 1 free -range chicken
  • 10 pieces of green chili
  • 2 green chilies
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 1 lemongrass stalk
  • 5 green chilies
  • 3 lime leaves
  • 2 cm galangal
  • 2 tbsp fish sauce
  • 5 pieces of red chili
  • 1.5 liter medium coconut milk

  • 5 curly  green chilies
  • 5 cloves of garlic
  • 2 cardamom grains
  • 8 red onions
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 cm ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon peppercorns
  • 2 teaspoons salt

How to Prepare the Materials Needed

  1. First of all, please take the chicken that has been provided. Then cut into 8 to 12 pieces according to taste. If so, wash thoroughly under running water. Then drain first.

  2. Next, roughly chop the green chilies and crush the lemongrass. For galangal, please crush it too.

  3. After that, grind the ground spices as mentioned above. If you want it to be easier and more practical, you can grind it using a blender.

How to Make Green Chili Chicken Curry

  1. Prepare a frying pan that will be used for cooking. Then pour enough cooking oil or about 3 tablespoons. Heat. Add the ground spices. Saute ground spices until cooked and fragrant.

  2. Add other ingredients such as bay leaves, lime leaves, galangal, lemongrass and green chilies. Stir all the ingredients until evenly mixed and wilted.

  3. Add the chopped chicken. Stir until the chicken is stiff and the color becomes pale. If it's like that, please lift and transfer to the pan.
