  • 3 purple eggplants
  • 100 grams of chayote
  • 150 grams of white tofu
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 1000 ml water
  • 6 whole red chilies

  1. First, cut the purple eggplant with the shape and size according to taste. If so, wash it clean.
