Pancakes Ingredients:

  • 100 grams of wheat flour
  • 100 ml liquid milk

  • 1 tablespoon margarine
  • 100 grams of Ambon banana

  • 150 ml liquid milk
  • 25 grams of sugar
  • 1/2 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 1 egg yolk

How to Make Pancake Dough:

  1. Do the first method by first preparing the equipment that will be used to make pancake batter. Some of the equipment that will be needed include a basin, a non-stick frying pan, a whisk and a serving plate.   5. Sift some dry ingredients such as baking powder, oatmeal, salt, powdered sugar and flour using a sieve evenly. Set aside in a container.
  6. Next, in another bowl, beat the eggs until loose and put the liquid milk in it along with the melted bananas and margarine. Stir evenly until mixed.
  7. Pour this mixture little by little into the sifted flour mixture and mix thoroughly until combined. Then let stand for about 15 minutes.
  8. Heat the pan and grease with margarine, wait until the margarine becomes hotter evenly.
  9. Pour the mixture into it and cook until it is evenly cooked and crusty. Remove when it is cooked and serve on a serving plate.

How to Make the Sauce:
