  • 2 tablespoons of sweet soy sauce

  • 1 teaspoon tamarind
  • 2 teaspoons salt

  • 8 curly red chilies
  • 4 cloves of garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon grilled shrimp paste

How to Prepare the Materials Needed

  1. First, please tear the lime leaves that you have provided. Then finely slice the brown sugar.

How to Process Vegetables

  1. Please take the vegetables you have provided. Then peel the vegetables like carrots and potatoes. Then wash thoroughly under running water.

  2. After that, please cut the potatoes and carrots into cubes. For cabbage, please chop coarsely.

  3. Next, cut the long beans to the size according to taste.

  4. Take a pot and pour water in it. Then heat the water until it boils.

  5. Boiled water please take a little and use it to brew bean sprouts. Then the bean sprouts are drained and set aside.

  6. Please boil various vegetables such as carrots, potatoes, long beans and cabbage until they are completely cooked. Once cooked please lift and drain. If so, set it aside.

How to Make Peanut Sauce

  4. Tamarind dissolve with hot water as much as 3 tablespoons. Strain.

  5. Prepare a frying pan and pour cooking oil for frying or about 3 tablespoons. Heat.

  7. Please add ground peanuts. Then stir evenly.

  8. Add the coconut milk along with the sweet soy sauce, brown sugar and salt. Stir until evenly mixed. Cook until the peanut sauce boils.

  9. Add tamarind water. Stir evenly.

  10. Cook peanut sauce until thick. Please correct the taste. If it fits, remove and set aside.

How to present
