  • 100 grams of potatoes
  • 1 tablespoon fine granulated sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 egg whites
  • 50 grams of powdered sugar for sprinkling

How to Make Delicious, Crispy and Soft Pandan Potato Waffles

How to Prepare Ingredients:

  1. For the first we will prepare the potatoes. Please clean the potatoes evenly until clean. After that, peel the skin evenly and cut into the original size. After cutting, take the steamer and steam the potatoes in it until soft and ready to take out. When it is tender, remove it and mash it using a pestle or smooth it with a fork evenly. Put in a container and set aside temporarily.

The amount of this suji water dose is obtained from as many as 20 suji leaves mixed together with 2 mashed pandan leaves and mixed with 50 ml of boiled water.
