- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 scallion
- 5 cloves of garlic
- 100 grams of radish
Seasoning Sauce
- 4 tablespoons soy sauce
- 5 cups meat stock
- 2 teaspoons ginger juice
- 1 teaspoon finely chopped garlic
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1/4 teaspoon white pepper
- 2 tablespoons of onion juice
- 2 teaspoons honey
- 1 tablespoon pineapple juice
- 1 tablespoon of pears
- 1 tablespoon cooking wine
How to Make a Delicious and Special Korean Seogalbi Jjim
- The first step is to cut the beef ribs that you have prepared with a size of 5 × 5 cm. Then soak the meat in cold water for about 30 minutes to remove dirt and blood that is still attached. Clean the beef, then cut into 1 cm size.
- Then, boil the beef ribs in boiling water for about 1 minute. When the foam appears you can immediately lift it. Then rinse using cold water.
- After that, boil 2 liters of water in a saucepan. Then add the ingredients and seasonings for the broth, such as, soy sauce, scallions, garlic, radishes and beef ribs. Cook on high heat for about 10 minutes. After 10 minutes reduce the heat to medium. Then cook for about 20 minutes.
- Next, remove the meat. Then strain the sauce using gauze.
- Soak shitake mushrooms in water for 30 minutes, then squeeze. If so, cut into 4 and remove the stems.
- Cut the radishes into cubes, while the carrots are 2 cm. then boil the radishes, carrots, and chestnuts in boiling water for about 2 minutes. Then lift.
