How to Make Stuffing

  1. First of all, the step that must be done is to make the bread filling. Please take the onions that have been provided, then chopped. Set aside.

  2. After that, cut the tangkwe into small squares.

  3. Next, take a frying pan and pour enough cooking oil or about 1 tablespoon. Heat.

  4. Then add the onions to the pan. Stir well and saute until wilted and emit a fragrant aroma.

  5. After that, please enter the ground beef. Stir well and cook until it changes color.

  6. Add tangkwe, tomato sauce, oyster sauce, ground pepper, salt, sugar and water. Stir well and cook until cooked, and the spices are absorbed and the water is reduced.

How to Make Bread

  1. If the stuffing is done, the next step is to make bread. Please mix the ingredients such as milk powder, flour, powdered sugar, instant yeast and baking powder. Stir all the ingredients until evenly mixed.

  2. Add ice water and egg whites. Knead the ingredients until smooth.

  3. Add salt and white butter. Then knead the dough until it is elastic. Leave it for about 30 minutes.
