  • 1/2 teaspoon lime juice

How to Make Peanut Sauce

  1. Before mixing the spices for the Nasi Uduk dish, the first step that we will prioritize is the making of the peanut sauce dish. This is a recipe that needs to come first because later we will need to mix the peanut sauce and add it together with the cooked rice uduk dish. To make peanut sauce, all you can do is heat a pan. Put the cooking oil in it and heat it over medium heat.

  2. When it is hot evenly then put the peanuts in it and fry until cooked and yellowish. Remove the fried peanuts and drain them temporarily so that the oil doesn't stagnate too much.

  3. Next prepare a pot and boil the curly red chilies along with the cayenne pepper and add the garlic. Boil this dish until cooked and evenly distributed. Then remove and set aside this dish before mixing with other ingredients.
